The call for contributions has begun!

At the end of January 2019, will be held in Dunkirk the 20th European Energy Transition Conference - the annual meeting of all European participants in energy transition and adapting to climate change. As in previous years, the event's coorganisers – the urban community of Dunkirk, Bordeaux Métropole, Greater Geneva, and the ADEME – are calling for national and international contributions in order to build the schedule for the event.

This "anniversary" edition of the event will notably be the moment to take a quick look back at 20 years of regional climate, air and energy policy, to take lessons from it, to confront big current issues, and most of all to look 20 years into the future to fill ourselves with inspiration and together imagine a future where human activity, quality of life, health, and the environment have all found a balance.

Transport, town planning, agriculture, economy, new technologies, information system management, new partnerships and collaborations.

From May 2nd to July 16th – 5 p.m., all those engaged in regional energy transition—elected representatives, citizens, businesses, researchers, universities, manufacturers, and technicians—are invited to submit their event contribution proposals, in the form of workshops, to the website

Among the formats to choose from: "Inspiration" (experience sharing workshops), "Challenge" (co-creation spaces), and also "Speed-Dating" (a space to exchange ideas for project leaders). The only limit: two proposals maximum per organisation.

Last year, no less than 300 contributions were collected and 120 of them were selected and made it into the schedule!
