Additional wind power connected up to the national grid
in the first half of 2018: a record!
At the end of July, France Energie Eolienne (FEE) announced a new record for the grid connection of wind power for the 1st half of 2018: 606.65 MW of fresh capacity connected up to the national grid (23.2 % more than in the 1st half of 2017). With14,367 MW of power connected at 1 July 2018, these results bolster the prospects of the sector achieving the PPE target for 31 December 2018 (15,000 MW).
