« This analysis is widely accepted. In order to
keep global warming below 2°C by the
second half of the 2Ist century, we need to
greatly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Achieving this « carbon neutrality » – i.e.
finding a balance between human emissions
and the capacity of the ecosystems to absorb
CO2 emissions – is an ambitious enterprise
that means everyone acting differently if
success is to be obtained.
